Apartment Hutegger
Located in the idyllic Untertal - between the mountains Planai and Hochwurzen -
we opened our Maisonnette apartment in December 2022.
On 65m² living area and two floors the apartment has

a triple room with a double bed and a "sleeping cave"

a living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen
and a extendable sofa with a high quality queen-size mattress (1,5 x 2m)
The apartment can accommodate 2-7 people.
Free parking spots are available next to the front door.
You can store your equipment safely and conveniently in
the lockable ski, bike and shoe room with a shoe dryer.
Furthermore, e-cars and e-bike can be charged at
the accommodation with household electricity.
The terrace and the balcony offer a view to the Dachstein
and is perfect for barbecue, playing, sunbathing,
beer & wine and everything your heart desires.
The energy for the house is exclusively generated with renewable energies
(Air source heat pump and photovoltaic).

During the planing phase of our apartment, we paid special attention to meet the different needs of families with small children, with larger children, but also couples and group of friends.
It is a matter of great importance for us, that all people feel welcome and have a unforgettable holiday.

A 25-minute walk through the Talbachklamm leads you directly to the center of Schladming. The path is suitable for buggies pushchairs and is illuminated.
The hiking bus stop is 100 meters away
The hiking buses take you comfortably and safely to the most beautiful spots in the Schladming-Dachstein region.

Winter hiking in the Untertal
You can experience the Schladming-Dachstein region in its most natural form on the prepared winter hiking trails or with snowshoes.
The Untertal winter hiking trail with stops at the Waldhäuslalm, Sondlalm and Weiße Wand huts is particularly recommended.

About us
Hello dear guests,
we are Theresa & David and together with our daughters Luisa (born in July 2022) and Olivia (born in May 2025) we are truly delighted to welcome you.
We are a young, local family who fulfilled our dream of building our own home in 2022. After an intensive planning phase, we began construction in March 2022 with the help of many caring hands. Surrounded by beautiful nature right outside the doorstep, it was clear to us from the very beginning that we wanted to share this special place with others. In December 2022 we welcomed our first guests and many more have followed since.
When planning our appartement, we placed great value on meeting the needs of a wide variety of guests: families with small or older children, couples and group of friends. It is truly important to us that everyone feels welcome and enjoys a wonderful stay with us. A beautiful design, coziness, practicality and high-quality furnishings were always at the heart of our vision.

Why "Mei-So-Nett"?
The apartment has two floor - therefore a classic Maisonette Apartement. The French maisonette became the colloquial exclamation “Mei, so nett" (oh, so nice).
